Best Spanish dictionary Ive tried. Just one problem. I cant get the voice feature to work. Ive tried it with wifi and double checked the settings. Any advice is appreciated.
Ive been using this bi-directional dictionary for about 6 months and it is easy, extensive and very flexible for learning. Awesome!
Ive been using a different Spanish/English dictionary App for the past few years. I loved it. Unfortunately their syncing feature doesnt work anymore, sort of. In a very brief time, Ive discovered that this App is going to be my favorite, period. Im bilingual in English/Spanish and I live in Mexico, but English is my native language. I need a technical dictionary because thats where my vocabulary suffers. The interface is excellent. The ability to add folders to organize words is phenomenal. The syncing via Dropbox is excellent. The additional data provided in a search is excellent. And their conjugations are excellent, because thats the hardest part about Spanish. I would give it 10 stars if that was an option. Bravo to the designers and team that maintain this App.
This is my first Spanish English dictionary app. However, I have owned a number of printed Spanish/English dictionaries, some of which are very good and highly recommended. This beats them all not just for the ease of reference, spoken pronuciation, and other attributes not possible in a printed dictionary, but also for the completeness.
Its easy to find the exact meaning of words in different contexts.
Best English-Spanish dictionary in the app store without a doubt.
I love the inclusion of regional Spanish idioms, as well as the use of terms in context!
Disappointed that favorites on flashcards doesnt show the English of the verbs. Not the sort of defect I would expect in a product of this quality.
Many useful features, but not all are available in offline mode. If this app provided access to its pronunciation feature and application use tutorials in offline mode, I would give it 5 stars.
Very useful dictionary with helpful support functionality. There are some entry repetitions and it would be better if the audio pronunciation service and application tutorials worked in offline mode. I would rate it with 5 stars if all functionality were available all the time.
Only feature I see missing, from the best Spanish-English dictionary Ive used, let alone from the App Store, is the ability to move forward in addition to backwards in the word search history.
With its great features and outstanding customer service this would be the best dictionary you can ask for. I originally bought one through Amazon App Store for my Samsung phone but it kept crashing the phone which the developer says they do not support that version anymore, so my recommendation is to download it directly from the App Store or google play store. It syncs between all my devices. Highly recommended.
I love my app! I speak English and Spanish, I am also a writer in both languages and it works great when in doubt of a word. I also use it to find synonymous and antonyms. It is more than a Simple dictionary!
Excellent! I use this dictionary every day throughout the day on my iPhone or iPad and find it very user friendly. One of the best uses is being able to look up phrases. Well worth the money!
This is the best app i have one my ipad
An excellent resource. I use it all the time while reading in Spanish.
Ive been using this Spanish/English dictionary for almost four years, and would recommend it to anyone with an iOS device. Its very comprehensive with very few gaps. Ive checked out a lot of dictionaries, and I find this one to be the best. This latest version works well with iOS 9, especially on an iPad. Being able to slide in the dictionary on a side panel while working in another app is truly great. I thank the developers for adding this feature.
This dictionary is miles ahead of using something like Google Translate. Works well for words, phrases, conjugations, etc. Also has some neat features like using favorites for testing your memory. Definitely has been worth the price for me.
I dont know how many Spanish-English dictionaries Ive tried. They invariably have fallen short, until I found this one. If you need a word, you will find it here. The search for the best ap is over. This takes it hands down.
